We will be updating the log handling system as of today, if there is any sites that are experiencing issues with the log system it is recommended that they contact HIVE Toolkit support personnel immedeatly.  Your previous logs have not disappeared and is available through the "View More" button in the log viewer.

Certain international users might be experiencing page view issues.  This is due to upgrades being performed in western europe.  This issue should resolve in 24 hours.

Hive Toolkit's support web-site provides documentation and enhanced support features for the entire hive network.  As you can see documentation is currently in progress.  As documents come online they will be provided through the latest updates that can be viewed in this page.

This entire website was developed and designed using the Hive Toolkit CMS and a prototype version of the knowledge base module that is under development. The Hive KBASE tool is designed to handle support and general documentation, and provide simple user interfaces to the front-end user. We currently do not have a publish date for the public release of the knowledge base module, but we do estimate the release of the pylon e-commerce module around the same time this module will be ready.
